No makeup makeup series

Hi guys! How are you doing today? I hope you are doing great and keep on going cause it’s already Wednesday today! Half way through!

Today I wanted to share with you a replacement for my old concealer (

I loved this Maybelline one for I wanna say at least 5 years. And I still love it, I don’t think I’m going to stop using it or buying it I just want to try something new. At least for the purposes of finally can say “why did I leave you?”

Anyway, I bought and tried the so famous Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector (!catalog/product/view/P2691030).

At first I was a little confused and surprised about the texture. It’s really emollient and almost too creamy. The first thought that comes to mind it’s obviously “this is gonna crease like a motherfucker”.

I choose the light/ medium shade.

At the touch is really sticky, but once you work it in the undereye area it sets and it doesn’t budge. I tried it for the first time the other day and it stayed put all day,a little bit of creasing to my it’s not that big of a deal just because anything and everything at some point in the day will budge a little bit.

Since the consistency was at first so creamy I really didn’t think it would performed like that. Glad I was wrong.

In terms of colors and nuances, it doesn’t cover everything you want and this is to keep in mind if you want to buy this product because to me, especially growing older, rather than trying to cover the impossible, I far more prefer something that it’s not gonna dry my undereye and it’s gonna bring brightness to my overall look.

You are not gonna be able to pake this on and having a huda beauty king of look. Absolutely not. This concealer it’s perfect to be used a little but at a time and embrace our imperfections by underlying our eyes and looks.

I think it’s a wonderful product and can be used at every age. It’s not something that will give you a Hugh coverage or flawless skin. It’s a no makeup makeup concealer perfect to open our eyes.

I really suggest this product and can’t wait to keep using it. For when I’m going out and maybe want something more full coverage I usually layer this Becca one with my Maybelline one over it and the coverage is all there and I can have the best of both worlds.

Anyway, that’s it for today guys, and I will see you soon!!!
