Today I just want to share with you a little thought about gratitude.
I often struggle to feel and to be grateful for what I have in my life. I often feel like my friends don’t understand me enough, my parents don’t get me enough, my boyfriend don’t love me enough. And although it’s often the case not gonna lie, I hate feeling like I depend on someone else’s feelings and act or behavior. As we all do.
So I want to share with you the act of daily journalism and practicing the gratitude attitude.
I want to start this practice of daily writing 5 to ten things that I’m grateful for. I want to start reprogramming myself and practice gratitude.
I wanted to share with you guys this habit that I want to embrace and I’m going to embarc on.
